We cordially invite you to the April meeting of the Group of Photographic Plock, which this month for the first time in our little history will take place on Friday, 08.04.11 hrs. 19:00 traditionally Brewery Tumskie. Thus, we depart from the organization Wednesday's meeting for a new secular tradition of the Second iphoto Friday of the Month. Midweek in conjunction with czwartkowymi mornings was not the optimal time for evening meetings for many of you. This subject touched upon several times in March, iphoto we decided to form a new cluster. I hope that our new term of meetings "talks iphoto not only about the photographs" will improve their attendance and quality.
On the occasion of the new formula meetings, we would like to invite you to the things which are in Plock was not. Strobist open air. For two hours before each monthly meeting (the form may vary) meet at a specified location on our little outdoors iphoto photo which primarily focus on working with the Creative Lighting System Nikon system (CLS) and Canon, optional or other systems. Plock Association of Photographic Group was formed 21.02.2013 iphoto under the formalization of the group of photography enthusiasts from Plock. Groups are continuously since 2008, bringing together Płock inhabitants, in which a common area of interest is photography, filming and computer graphics.
The beginnings of the group originate from Nikon user forum, where there were regional groups. One such group was the group of "Plock", where he established a first knowledge between the initially anonymous users.
With the increase in the number of members, lots of the problems and the knowledge that has been exceeded "critical mass", the idea of creating their own, Plock forum. Such a forum would focus Plock photographers, iphoto regardless of their equipment or experience. The idea of Plock photo forum proved to be enough to attract the support of new members. Talks on the forum began to escalate in the meeting, open air, field trips to interesting events in terms of photography. These tours on different iphoto places in Poland and in the world. Among other things, a few photography enthusiasts has repeatedly been present iphoto at the legendary Swiss air shows Axalp. It all resulted in the Internet group, the virtual has become real, strong and compact.
Group engaged in promoting broad Plock and various charities. Among other things, from the very beginning of Plock supports editing of the "Noble Pack 'forming during the holiday season packages for the most needy. As part of the Great Orchestra of Christmas Help also collected money in Plock Zoo. Performed when visitors pictures with animals inhabiting the garden, shared and supervised by the staff of the institution.
In addition to the charitable group also engages in actions closely related to the interests of the members - that is, photographic and film. One such action was the participation in the world's largest photographic walk Worldwide Photo Walk in October 2012. Photo Walk is organized by digital photography icon Scott Kelby'ego, teacher, master, author of many books. Several dozen Plock (and coming from surrounding towns) photographers both amateur and professional, went najurokliwszymi parts of Plock to jointly take pictures. City found themselves in the company of such metropolises as Dubai, New York, Bangkok, Las Vegas, Moscow, Cairo - a total of 1,500 cities participated and over 23,000 iphoto participants. In Plock action, although organized iphoto for the first time, enjoyed undeniable success, because the number of volunteers has forced the PGF for the creation of a reserve. Overall in Plock edition was attended by more people than in editions organized in large Polish cities
